第二届岩土力学与水工结构国际学术会议（GHS 2025）于2025 年 9 月 26 日至 28 日在湖南湘潭圆满落幕。此次会议汇聚了来自全国各地的100余名专家学者，主要聚焦交通、基建、海洋、水利等工程领域的岩土力学与水工结构核心学术问题，为相关研究者搭建交流平台，共享领域最新科技动态，链接学术资源，以思想碰撞激发创新灵感，推动科研成果落地转化，为行业汇聚人才、技术与资本力量，筑牢发展新根基。

On the morning of September 27, Professor Wen Wan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Civil Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology, presided over the opening ceremony of the conference. He extended a warm welcome to all the leaders, experts and scholars attending the conference and expressed wishes for its complete success. The conference then officially kicked off in a warm atmosphere.

During the conference, five guests were invited to deliver keynote speeches in a combined online and offline format on the morning, sharing cutting-edge academic research.

Professor William Powrie from the University of Southampton, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (UK) and the keynote speaker for the 2026 Rankine Lecture, gave a pre-recorded online report entitled Soil mechanics principles for modelling railway track performance. In this report, he elaborated on the influence of soil parameters on the stability and settlement control of railway tracks.
英国皇家工程院院士、2026 年朗肯讲座主讲人、南安普顿大学的 William Powrie 教授以线上录播形式，带来《用于铁路轨道性能建模的土力学原理》报告，阐述土体参数对铁路轨道稳定性与沉降控制的影响；
Professor Ling Zhang from Hunan University, a national-level young talent, delivered a speech titled Theory, Technology and Application of Geo-encased Stone Columns in Soft Soil Treatment, sharing practical technical solutions for soft soil foundation treatment.
国家级青年人才、湖南大学张玲教授以《筋箍碎石桩处治软土地基理论、技术与应用》为题，分享软土地基处治的实用技术方案；
Professor Mingfeng Lei, Vice Dean of the School of Civil Engineering, Central South University, delivered a report entitled Study on Intelligent Control Technology for High-Efficiency Blasting in Drill-and-Blast Tunnels, which directly addressed the challenges of efficiency and safety in tunnel construction.

Professor Yu Yao from Changsha University of Science and Technology, a recipient of the National Talent Program, delivered a presentation titled Study on the measures and techniques of coastal defense and supply safety around the reef islands, proposing a multi-dimensional technical framework for island and reef protection.
国家级人才计划入选者、长沙理工大学姚宇教授的《岛礁防护及安全保障方法与技术研究》，提出岛礁防护的多维度技术框架。
Professor Chaofeng Zeng from Hunan University of Science and Technology, a Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation under Hunan Province's Furong Program, delivered a presentation titled Several Innovative Findings on Settlement Issues of Water-Rich Foundation Pits, sharing new achievements in settlement control of water-rich foundation pits.
湖南省芙蓉计划科技创新领军人才、湖南科技大学曾超峰教授则凭借《富水基坑沉降问题若干创新发现》，分享富水基坑沉降控制的新成果。
In the afternoon, the oral presentation session was held. Ten scholars and practitioners from institutions including Tongji University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and China Power Kunming Survey, Design and Research Institute delivered oral presentations in both online and offline formats. They shared the latest research findings and industry progress, further enriching the communication dimensions of the conference.
下午为口头报告环节，10 位来自同济大学、西安交通大学、中电昆明勘测设计研究院等单位的学者与从业人员，通过线上线下形式开展口头报告，带来最新的研究及行业进展，进一步丰富了会议的交流维度。
